Re: Garage conversion - 9 Oxford Street, Lancaster
May I express our sincere thanks for the works carried out at our home on the run up to Christmas.
The weather was extreme, to the extent that water bottles stored inside the garage had frozen, yet you worked from the early morning until the job was completed and left us with a secure and infinitely warmer conversion from the garage to a training room.
I was most pleased you personally chose to complete our job and you fulfilled the brief and provided an excellent standard of work, precisely on budget.
We have no hesitation in recommending you and will have great pleasure in singing your praises to anyone seeking a builder and will of course be using you for any future projects we may have.

I am writing to express our appreciation for the way you tackled our renovation project at Wall nook.
This started out as a small upgrading of a bedroom but expanded into a major job involving three rooms, one roof, serious insulation, the removal of two staircases and the replacement of another.
You promoted yourself as a project manager and you certainly were - everything ran smoothly, dovetailed together and your team were helpful and as unobtrusive as it is possible for builders to be. It came in on time and on budget and the finished project is great.
We will recommend Pryce Building any time we know anyone else planning a building project and if you ever want to use as a a recommendation, please do so.

You've helped us so many times with our enw house that it was time to write to say thank you. Both Gavin and I have been staggered at the amount of times you've offered your assistance, and the speed and professionalism with which work has been carried out.
Our first experience of Pyrce Building was when we bought the property in November. I mentioned that we'd received a scary surveyors report and you offered to have a look at the house and tell us whether our concerns were justified. Your reassurance mean that we proceeded with the purchase.
We then asked you to knock a wall down between our kitchen and dining room. You needed to put a new lintel in and I was expecting a huge amount of mess and possibly bare walls after the job was completed. but the rubble was taken away and the wall edges were plastered; laving an immaculate finish.
Whilst the above occasions highlighted your building experience and processional approach, two weeks ago, your true kindness and friendship also became acutely apparent. Our main drain had become blocked and we discovered the sewage was leaking into the cellar. The Council told us they couldn't clear it for four days; leaving us without our only bathroom. Despite us not being at the property, you spent two hours clearing the darns for us to ensure we could return home. That really was above and beyond the call of duty and we cannot thank you enough.
I hope this letter goes some way to reassuring future customers that you really do offer an outstanding service. Both Gavin and I would - and do - recommend you without hesitation and would be happy to offer a verbal testimonial to anyone wanting to verify your standards of service.
With very kind regards
